Your business is important to us, and we strive to process and ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted, most orders require 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays. Halconpc may require additional verification before processing your order. Please respond to any verification requests promptly.  Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (CT). At our discretion, failure to verify your order within 24 hours will result in automatic order cancellation.

Shipping Information

At our discretion, failure to verify your order within 24 hours will result in automatic order cancellation. Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Halconpc ships all orders within two days. You will also receive a notification of any delays or cancellation of your order within 24 hours if any issues arises. Your order will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or DHL. Estimated delivery within United States is 3 to 5 business days after tracking information is provided.

Shipping to Canada

    Halconpc ships orders going to Canada within 2 days. You will also receive a notification of any delays or cancellation of your order within 24 hours if any issues arises. Your order will be shipped through UPS or DHL. Estimated delivery to most Canadian provinces is 3 to 7 business days including Saturday. 

    In order to make it easier for Canadian customers Halconpc started offering free shipping to Canada. However due to import regulations all orders will incurred Canadian custom sales taxes and approximately $25 of custom's declaration paperwork. All orders going to Canada ship via UPS or DHL expedited services therefore the customer will not have any surprise cost coming from the shipping company due to the fact that most of these cost are covered by us. In essence, the customer will only have to pay sales tax of the MSRP value of the product purchased. Once you place an order a tracking # is provided within 2 days, all the customer has to do is wait 24h to 48h approximately, during that time the package tracking information will update and an option for the customer to pay the import fees will appear on the UPS or DHL website. It is important that fees are paid as soon as possible, if not this will delay delivery of your order.

Returns

    We accept returns within 30 days of most Unopen and or unused items. Custom built computers and any networking products can Not be returned. Hot items such as videogame consoles Ps5, XBOX Series X, etc...as well as graphics cards can be return if still sealed in original packaging. Please get in contact with us, we will do our best in processing your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds

    Refunds are issue within 2 business days after your order has been returned back to us but understand that most Banks will take approximately 3 to 5 business days to process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for you refund to come through.                                                                                                                                                                                    There is no restocking fee on products that are returned in it's original condition however, original shipping charges are deducted from your refund.

Product Availability

    In-stock products are subject to availability and are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. If a product becomes out of stock after we have received your order, then your order will automatically be canceled, and you will not be charged for it.

 Damaged Shipments


    We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your order appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, then please refuse the shipment. If the shipping carrier has left and you realize that your shipment is damaged, then please email us. Any damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We take damage claims very seriously. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will initiate an official investigation with the shipping carrier regarding your case. Please maintain all packaging and contents for investigatory purposes. The shipping carrier will usually arrive within 2 business days after starting the claim and will require the original package and its contents for its investigation. Please allow 5-10 business days to complete the investigation. A refund or replacement will be issued upon the completion of the investigation. We appreciate your cooperation. Exchanges or refunds can not be processed until the claim has been closed. Please note that any failure to cooperate with a damage & loss investigation will render your claim invalid, and you may be denied a refund or replacement for your order.
